HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE CLASSES with Carol Silva

Learn to Dream, Understand and Speak in Hawaiian.  Classes are free although a monetary donation is appreciated.

Come join us for an hour yoga on Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30am. It is a blend of power and hatha yoga, which incorporates invigorating poses that are held in dynamic stillness, working with the breath. Focus is on elongating the spine, circulating the body and leaving with a sense of deep inner peace. No experience is necessary to join in on the class. Bring a mat or towel and something comfortable to wear. The class is taught by naturopathic physician, Dr. Ye Nguyen. She has been an avid yoga practitioner for over ten years.
